Well done Telltale

Episode two is much better then 1. Less glitches, far more interactive dialogue and top quality game play make this instalment a pleasure to play.

I find myself agreeing with those who complained about the keyboard controls for Ep1 - I constantly found myself trying to control Guybrush from his POV and not from the camera POV; and the inability to change this can be frustrating. But that aside, the dialogue was much better, there was only a handful of small glitches and the game overall was very enjoyable.

My original complaint about lack of documentation still stands, this has not been resolved or even addressed. All that's really needed is a simple page that explains all the available controls and keyboard shortcuts. For the record, I started playing this part with the mouse, and (like the first part) switched to the keyboard because it worked better.

My congratulations go out to the team, and I expect this standard to remain in the next instalment. My review should be up on my site within two hours... I've already done the screenshots, I'm just completing the critique.

    Not better. Still mediocre.

    Two glaring glitches:

After rescuing the Mer-Leader, the rubber tree is still intact on the island and if you go back to the Fake Turtle Mold, you can pick up another gold turtle. It's the lack of attention to detail like this that plagues the series.

Yeah I have to agree with Darylman, at least regarding the glitches. I noticed far more odd bugs/glitches in this episode than I did in episode 1, actually. And I don't think I was looking any harder for them this time around.

Was glad to see that the non-interactive dialogue trees were largely gone from this episode though.
