Identity of the Joker

So I have a theory. What if the Joker is actually one of Thomas Wayne's experiments? It would explain a lot, such as why he has such an interest in Bruce, why no one knows how or why he was in Arkham. I think it would be a really cool twist, because last season, all the villains had a personal connection with Bruce that was really cool. I hope they continue with that in this season, and making Joker one of Thomas Wayne's experiments would be a good way to do that.

    It would be interesting to see that pan out considering Telltale are building there own universe the possibilities are endless for them.

    I think this is clearly what they're building to, that Thomas was working for the Agency, secret even to Falcone, Hill and Martha, taking select patients like Ngyma and John Doe and the Agency utilized them accordingly.

    I also suspect with the promo picture for Episode 4 that we might actually get to play as John Doe in a flashback and reveal his origins.
