when i saw the system requirements of those two seasons i knew that i can run them but when i downloaded them it didn't run ever do you know why ?

what do you mean "ever until 5% persent"?
Sorry but could you be a little more specific? What do you mean it ran at 5%?
I would make sure the game is set to low rendering. I know it looks a bit worse, but its very much playable on lower specs.
Might be a server issue. If you are trying to download from Steam, restart Steam. If you are downloading in-game from Telltale, restart the game and try again. (I'm not Telltale Staff - just a volunteer community mod, and this is only my personal suggestion)
