Greetings.

Surprisingly enough I can actually run the game. Cheers and claps and all, but running and playing are not one the same - and contrary to what you may think, it's no FPS issue at all... It's the textures. The menu background is completely black as are various textures in-game. Unacceptable indeed.

Well the, assist me in solving this issue.

    Long story short: It doesn't work. The Ti4600 was a damn fine card, but it lacks some of the features needed by ToMI. Sorry.

    Isn't DirectX 8 supposedly supported?

    Oops you're right... apparently it does support 8.1 (which is the minimum requirement). My bad... I thought it would only support 8.0 since the symptoms are identical to cards with that version.

    Sadly your card is one of those causing trouble although they support DirectX 8.1.

    I would not expect a solution anytime soon.
    Your best bet is a different graphics card.
