What happens in season two If you fund the police?
at the end of season 1 I gave funding to the gcpd. however the game didn't flag my choice right, says I'm rebuilding arkham. anyway what happens?

They don't even have upgraded gear? Ugh...
In Episode 201, when Bruce goes to Wayne Enterprises to meet Lucius, he runs into Regina Zellerbach, who will briefly mention something about the outcome of whether you funded the GCPD or Arkham Asylum.
So, as Dan10 said, it's just a dialogue option so far.
I never fund the police. I don't see any point to it. I'd rather use my money to actually make a difference like the Arkham remodel. Plus I have to look after Harvey in there
