I think I hate Ceville
I KNOW I really should go and play more of it, but it's just so...lame. I got as far as that scene where the fairy woman's re-educating the villians in a So-Not-Lifted-From-Monkey-Island-4 way.
I mean there idea of a joke is a guy reading graffitti saying "The Holy Grail can be found in the Castle AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!" That's not your joke, why not quote some Family Guy whilst you're at it for feck sake.
I mean does it get better or is it all this bollocks the whole way through (or am I just a grouch?), I bought it the same day as Vampyre Story and it's even putting me off playing that just cos theyw ere beside each other on the shelf

It's like that the whole way through. The first three references in the game might have been funny the following 1000 ones it just got old.
But at least there are some impossible to find out puzzles in there if you are looking for something like that.
A friend of mine (who played through the hole game) told me the game isn't even that long, it also ends with a bad cliffhanger.
I'm still waiting for "The whispered world"... I hope that's going to be any good.
Eh, maybe I'll try it if I can find an incredibly cheap copy on Amazon someday. (that's what I did with Simon the Sorcerer 4)
you might try the demo of the game at any time. It includes the better bearable beginning of the game. If you like it give the full version a go. But remember: The riddles are going to get harder and the jokes will get lamer.
