I still can't download episode 3 for Minecraft story mode season 2 on PS4 please help

Ok so it's been almost 2 weeks now and I still can't download episode 3 for Minecraft story mode season 2 on PS4. Is anyone else still having this problem? I been emailing telltalegames support and they're been no help at this point. Won't even give me an update on the issue.
