Hacked Account

If someone hacks your account on here will they be able to steal your credit card number or anything like that?

    as far as I know, you retype your information every time again, so I guess no.

    Considering you've got 20 activations too, the only real danger is that they'd make you post stupid stuff.

    pretty much no, even if all the activations are used I am sure they can give you a couple more.

    Game activations. You know when you download and install a game from TTG it needs to be activated online? That kind of activation.

    huh, as far as I remember the games always autmaticly logged me in.

    btw. does that mean we can't intall the games as many times as we want? :(

    Yes. You're limited to installing it twenty times.

    Or is it twenty computers? I've found that when I re-install a game, it's already unlocked...

    I didn't know the number was 20. If that is the case and you run into that limit, write to support@telltalegames.com and we will bump it up higher for you.

    If you're like me, you use one account for being on the forums. And the other for purchasing games.
    That way, no one would really have any use for hacking my account, though it does have it's... drawbacks...
