Is there something wrong with my Batman game?

Everytime that I play episode 1 of season 1 of Batman something strange happens. When I give the files about Falcony to Gordon, Bruce's head is all croocked while talking to Gordon. Has this happened to anyone else?

    oh sorry that may be why I never experienced it I'm on pc hopefully someone can help you out

    I recently replayed Season 1, and yes that did happen to me. Bruce was really messed up. His head was way over his right shoulder and it looked like his neck was broken. His eyes were looking at Gordon, but the head was messed up.
