My game of episode 2 season 2 the pact is broken.

I tried hard resets, restarting my game, restarting episode 2, restarting episode 1 and 2 and still no luck. I'm stuck in the elevator all the models standing straight and frozen in place. Dialouge cuts in and out, choices don't do anything and the game will not progress its really irritating.
