Got patch installed (game asking to install/download patch) wont download episode 2

I have downloaded the patch and installed but upon starting the game the same "critical patch" keeps showing up.
When i ignore the critical patch notes and try and download episode it will fail te download/connect to server!

    When I open the game. It says Critical patch required: Batman2_patch_2017.8.2.6.exe. I download it and install it and restart the game and then it tells me to download it again!? So now I have 2 Batman2_patch_2017.8.2.6 (1).exe. Why?
    I just want to continue the story :(. The longer I wait the bigger the chance that someone spoils it. I didn't need to know that Harley Quinn were going to show up. I'd rather find out my self :(

    They literally had one job, they fucked it up, so ended up with the same job again, did it but fucked up somewhere else and has to do a totally new fixing job now. Poor Telltale x)
    And with all the hate players bring on them (not you guys, obviously), no wonder it took them 3days to fix the first issue :p

    Game is no longer asking to install the patch but I still can't download the new episode. It said content failed to download.

    yes i have this Problem I Buy The Game from Telltale directly an not cant Download the Episode 2 :( this is Really Sad, Tellale Your Game Release is really Buggy!

    Mine was downloading but it just stopped randomly and now I cant download it.

    May need to reinstall the game. I didn't have trouble downloading Episode 2
