Was Bone: Eyes of the Storm ever in development?

I'm assuming they decided to not make a game of the third book because it gets really dark and not really suitable for kids, which was Telltale's policy at the time. But was the game ever in development?

    I kinda wish it was. Believe it or not I'm quite fond of Bone. I think it's pretty neat. Would have loved to see Eyes of the Storm get an adaptation.

    They were doing Sam & Max and CSI at the time. Neither really geared towards kids. There wasn't swearing. I guess there's that.

    When Bone gets its movie telltale should totally reboot their game on the franchise.
