Help Needed - Crashing with TTG Version

So I was excited to play episode 4 but my game crashed upon startup every time, so I uninstalled the game, and reinstalled and eureka! I was playing episode 4, I immediately noticed none of the voiced lines were playing so I installed the patch that was released a while ago and the crashing occurred again, has anyone found a fix for this?

    Now I’m not an expert but maybe try reinstalling again now that it has the patch.
