Batman TEW Episode 2 "purchased, coming soon"
I purchased the full game/season pass on Steam (pre-ordered). As of today, Oct 12, a full week later, I still can not start Episode 2. It still reads "purchased, coming soon". Last Thurs, Oct 5, I sent in an email to support (support@telltalegames.com) as per directed from other posts here, as well as a similar post on Steam. In my initial support request, I stated that I had tried the following: exiting/restarting Steam, uninstalling/reinstalling Batman, logging out/in to my Telltale Account, shutting off cloud saves. Nothing worked. My only response from support on Oct 5, asked me to try the following:
1) Update the drivers for your graphics card.
2) Restart your system.
3) Unplug your gamepad and all other USB devices other than keyboard/mouse. Plug in your headphones to the audio out jack.
4) Verify your cache through Steam:
5) Run the game as admin.
6) Run the game in compatibility mode. Right click on the game’s icon, click Properties, and click the Compatibility tab.
7) Reinstall the game.
8) Make sure that Steam is not set to a compatibility mode. Right click on Steam, click Properties, then check Compatibility and make sure it is not checked to play in a different OS.
9) Disable the Steam Overlay:

All of which did not apply to my case or did not work. A request to download and run the Batman support tool was included, as well as supplying that info on my follow up email, to which I complied and sent along the information. I have heard nothing back from either my Telltale support email since Oct 5 - after asking twice for updates - nor the Telltale Support steam mod who replied in the Steam thread, after another request for info (to which, I know, Telltale does not do much of anything related to support on Steam).
At this point, what are my options? I have played roughly 5 hours of the game, so I can not request a refund through Steam. I have no idea where the problem is happening, since plenty of people on Steam have played and finished the episode. This is the only time I have had a problem with a Telltale game. If my only hope is to wait for a possible fix with the release of Episode 3, I'd just rather get a refund than wait, because at this point, a week later, it is ridiculous that I can not get an answer nor play a game I have payed for.

Two weeks after Episode 2 is released and I still can not play it - still reads "purchased, coming soon". I did receive an unhelpful response from Telltale Support on Fri Oct 13 at 6pm, only asking if I had firewall software running, which I do not. I have not received a response since.
I will be seeking a refund with Steam, and humbly ask Telltale to allow me to receive a refund from Steam due to this issue.
