Error (ARM1014) in activation

When I try to enter my activation number and password, I receive this error message:

"Your purchase is not complete. Please reattempt payment. (ARM1014)"

What gives? I have received confirmation of my successful preorder and an emai notifying me that the game is ready to download.

    Hopefully, it'll be sorted out by tonite - perhaps a bad password could cause this?

    Ditto, careful with trial mode, you can't re-load the saved game... until you activation goes through...

    Yes, I'm getting the same problem. Presumably it's the same for all pre-ordering guys. So much for preferential treatment. I really hope both a) Telltale sort this out quickly, and b) it's not the same for Episode 2. Otherwise I will be very, very annoyed.

    Same problem here; still waiting on a reply from Telltale. Hopefully it'll all be figured out soon.
