Anyone else still having "content failed to download" or is it just me?

Have any clue on how to fix it?

    It's already November and I'm still can't download Ep 2. Next time, I will buy only Steam versions of games

    I did miltiple time. That's what they said :
    Thank you for updating your ticket. Depending on your connection, you may see the download timing out with a 'Content Failed To Download' error. If you resume the download, you should eventually be able to download the complete episode.

    When you resume the download, the game may appear to freeze, if it does please be patient and do not close the program. The game will eventually recover from the freeze and resume the download.

    Received the same reply from Telltale support and I still waiting for it to recover and resume the download.

    Don't know what to say. I had this issue but one day ep 2 just downloaded

    I can download episode 3 but not 2? seems legit (not) -_-
