TWD Game save fix (It really fixed for me!!)
You know, like in my other community discussions, I could've start this discussion in TWD section of the community discussion, but lets just cut to the chase.
You're playing TWD Season 1, you just finished Episode 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. You wanna take a rest by quitting the game (bear in mind that I play this game in Steam). Then when you want to get back to the game and finish the remaining episodes or check if your choices stay intact, you see that you have no save in that game. FOR REAL, THE GAME SAVE IS GONE, like 'WHOOSH" slipped away like nothing happen. So you do episode 1 first, then quit the game, you open the game again, same result.
I have a solution, I discussed about this in my previous community discussion, it can be found here. But the solution is way, WAY DOWN THERE!! Yes, in your pants (don't do that, i was just kiddin').

Okay, here is the solution, first people say you have to copy the "prefs.prop" file in your computer not the steamapps folder, it is located in (C:\Users\YOURNAMEHERE\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead) If you are using steam of course. After copying the folder, go into Steam, click "Library" select "The Walking Dead" and right-clicking it, click "Properties" and click on "Local files" and click "Browse local files" this will open file explorer, after that click on pack and then click default, I don't know how, but just paste the "prefs.prop" file in "pack/default".
Try opening the game again, and click play your save might be there.
Just a reminder, the solution above might not work, because that's what I caught people saying. Second, I don't know any solutions for Mac users (sorry :P)
Second solution, its kind of hard and yeah. So, first you have to create a new user in your computer. Second go into the new user, and install the game (If you have to), launch the game, and just play an episode for a few hours. After that, just exit the game, and open the game again, you'll be surprised after this one 
, click "Play" and your game should be there! TADA!!!
Okay now I'm done, I just gotta say, I emailed telltale support and hoping to get answers that they'll update every platform of season 1. So, yeah this is my solution for the Walking Dead save game fix! And if it really helped you, you could be a helping a fellow small YouTuber reach 100 subs. Don't judge.
