Does telltale launch browser game version?

I came across telltale from browser game portal, so I am wondering if the game will be launched in the browser market?:)

Probably not. See some of the difficulty Quake Live is having with compatibility, and that's a port of a ten year old game.

hmm~~but there seems to be kinda popular in these days. and quick live now can be playable in all pc platform.

Like battlefield 1943, the browser version Battlefield heroes is a good example. so I think browser Telltale could get a big success too

Telltale isn't Electronic Arts. They don't even have a fraction of the available funds Electronic Arts has. And these games cost a freaking lot.

We got a little sidetracked the last time we discussed this, but at least the first 4 posts are still kinda relevant:

Battlefield Heroes isn't a browser game. The closest it gets to being a browser game is that you have to click "Play now" on a website to open it up. Then you can close your browser. Hence, it's not a browser game. Don't ask me where you got Battlefield 1943 from, it's not a PC game, hence can't be a browser game.

As far as I'm aware, you can't play Quake Live in Chrome or Opera.

And Gary's point is correct: it'll probably be very expensive compared to the profit generated. And I doubt Telltale is big enough to take such a hit.
