The enigma: not showing all major choices
Is anyone else having trouble with some of the choices in the extras menu not appearing? I’ve replayed the episode, but the first choice never shows up in the choices menu. Is anyone having problems similar to this issue?

For some reason sometimes restarting an episode messes up your save. You are better off starting a new save if you want to replay. Also choices won't show if your connection is messed up.
