Islands in Seige of Spinner Cay (possible spoilers)

Just wondering was there a reason to go to Isle of Ewe and Bolder Beach, or were they there to make the burried treasure puzzle a little bit harder?

    On my second playthrough I was wondering the same thing, since everything deserted-island-wise occurs on Brillig island. Maybe they will be used later in the series, though why they used up space to put them in this episode then I don't know.
