Season 2 season pass disc issue PS4

hi, i recently bought my daughter season 2 season pass disc for her birthday, but we can only play episode 1, it wont let us download the other episodes, they just say "coming soon". Is there a solution to this? when we go on the store it asks us to pay for the other episodes but we already have the season pass purchased. Anyone know what the problem is? thanks :)
