John Doe/Thomas Wayne connection?
John Doe seems to know a lot about Thomas. Could he be a victim/test subject of his, abandoned child, or just trying to mess with Bruce ?

He really hasn't mentioned much. In fact, I only remember that he's alluded to the fact that he knows something, but not what it is.
Though I'm betting Thomas had something to do with how he ended up in Arkham and how "he" came to be.
I made a thread like this awhile back. He does have a strange fascination with him and in are 2 he can say: You're using your stern father voice now." to Bruce. It could be possible.
I tend to stick to my prediction that Thomas Wayne is behind SANCTUS. If that's the case then surely John is a subject of theirs
I think John is either a) a product of Thomas' unethical business dealings, b) related to him in some way, or c) both. John has been obsessed with Thomas since we met him, despite remembering nothing of his life before Arkham. I think there is a deeper connection that subconsciously draws John towards Thomas and by extension Bruce. Although i do think a reveal that John and Bruce are related would be corny and should be avoided.
