Telltale, We Want More Merch and Funko Pops!
I've always enjoyed getting collectibles based on games I like, so with Telltale being my favorite company, I'm eager to buy some stuff based on their games. Only issue is telltale rarely makes merchandise, I can't even find anything at pax east!
Many beloved series haven't got merch, including Minecraft, Batman, The Wolf Among Us, Borderlands, and more,
Aside from the Clementine figure and GOTG Pops, there hasn't been any merchandise! So please telltale, more merch! I'd love some Batman and Minecraft POP figures myself and I'm sure many others would want similar!
TLDR: Telltale make more merchandise and pop figures, your fans would gladly buy it

Totally agree. They'd sell like hotcakes.
I know the Skybound shop sells a few Telltale TWD stuff, but there really isn't much else from Telltale officially.
Telltale mostly gave up on merchandise a long time ago, not seeing a profit out of it (and a lot of people complaining that it wasn't as good as they wanted). There's also a complication that their current games (Batman, Minecraft) have merchandise deals pretty well locked up by other companies. I always liked getting stuff, though, so I hope they consider something for future games where it may be more realistic.
I don't think the complications are as bad as they seem. There are multiple reasons for this, but here's a few *Minecraft, TWD, GOT, and Batman already have Non-telltale POP figures
*MCSM had 500ish Lluna plushies made for the Dev team
* There's been some TWD stuff on the skybound store already
* Telltales Guardians already has 4 pops And not to mention if this thread stays active then it will key telltale employees know that we want merchandise! The more demand the more likely it is we'll get merch
Remember guys, keep this thread active! The more support from us the mroe telltale hears what their fans want! Also, contact individual employees and telltales support email. If we get a chunk of the company talking about it, then the higher ups are bound to look into this.
I don't think it's a good idea to pester Telltale or their staff that way, support would just close the ticket and move onto one where someone needs actual support and hassling individual staff members could also be annoying for them.
I'm sure they are aware of the fans who want merchandise and i think it would be cool to see some official merchandise but i don't think they have any major plans for now.
Especially with the overhaul going on internally at the company. I doubt that merch is anywhere near the top of their to do list at the moment.
I can already picture how each Funko Pop would look for certain characters:
-S1 Clem will have her walkie talkie, S2 Clem will have the jacket and maybe the hatchet, and ANF Clem will have either her shotgun or her pistol.
-S1 Kenny will have his usual look and S2 Kenny will have his eyepatch and a crowbar.
-Lee can have one with both his arms and one without his arm.
-Rhys will have both outfits during TFTB, same with Fiona.

I’m not going to remove my comment because it’s true, support are not there to listen to peoples requests for merchandise, they are there to support people who need help.
Like i mentioned i’m sure they know fans would like merchandise but like lupinb0y pointed out after the recent layoffs i’m sure they would much rather invest their money directly into their games rather than mass producing merchandise.

That would be cool but I don’t think Funko Pops make sets like that. It’s usually just one figure. Not to mention it’ll ruin the ending for that season.
I think by now most people have already been spoiled or have played the game.
Also the guy might be referring to a F4F kinda statue rather than a pop

At the end of the day, running a company is all about profit. Considering that TWD S4s release window keeps getting pushed back, some merch in the meantime would hold the company over in terms of profit.

It has a great quality, but can't stand without the stand. The paint quality is better than the normal POP paint quality,
This thread is a bit dead but here's an update - The cause has been acknowledged by @mostlypoptarts so now telltale employees are aware some of us want pops
I don't know if it's possible but I I'd imagine that a Gortys funko pop would be amazing. If I could get my hands on one I'd be set as far as merch goes.
Also I'm still in full support of poogs finally getting his Rhys socks

Real real talk tho, Id really want Tales from the Borderlands, Wolf Among Us, and Walking Dead Funko Pops. Honestly kinda strange there isnt Telltale Borderlands and Walking Dead Pops. I mean both Borderlands and Walking Dead have them. Wolf could be pretty hard, but Id love a Bigby pop

The only Telltale Pops I have seen are the GOTG ones. I hope they make Batman ones because the design for a lot of the characters in Telltale's Batman game are so unique and different, plus DC has made Funko Pops for the Arkham games so why cant they make them for Telltale's universe.
