If you have been distancing yourself from Tiffany and don't give a slight care in the world about her and didn't reveal your secret. In episode 4 she's offered a job by Amanda Waller in the Agency. She asks your opinion and you can basically tell her "Lol go away, Alfred needs rest" or you can reveal your secret here. If you don't tell her your secrert, Alfred's status is exasperated. Here's proof:
