Importing save file doesn't work (iOS)

I've completed all the episodes and did not skip one of them, and I'm logged in using my telltale account and have cloud save enabled but when I go to 'Import save' in Evil Within it says 'save not found' can someone tell me how to check if I've uploaded my save correctly (which I know I have but I'd like to double check)

    I think i’m having the same issue; just finished S1, signed in and enabled cloud saves—tried to continue in S2 and nothing. I’m not sure if my S1 save is suppose to sync to the cloud automatically or what...
