Villains and boss fights in episode 5

Concerning both the vigilante and villain storylines we're getting, what does everyone think the boss fights will be in each version and also who the main antagonists will be since John ends up becoming an anti hero of sorts in the vigilante version. Thoughts on this?

    I imagine we'll still end up fighting John even in the Vigilante version. But I could be wrong.

    The two big fights Telltale seems to be teasing going by the trailers both Bruce vs Villain Joker and of course Batman and Vigilante Joker vs Suicide Squad.
