Mega collection is MEGA BROKEN (and I don´t know where I can get help)

I bought the Telltale mega collection on my PS4 2 days ago. Today I went to play Batman Enemy Within Ep 3. But it said I did not have it installed or even purchased!? Then I realize something. There are old batman episodes bundled with the new installment that got downloaded with it. So I decided I would simply look through the entire collection to find the last 3 batman episodes. Well, I found that I have both duplicates and totally missing episodes. Game of thrones episodes in Batman: A Telltale series, only episode 1, 3 and 4 of Guardians of the Galaxy. A wolf among us and TDW S1 AND 2 only have episode 1. Like I said. The collection is only mega in the broken department. Cant seem to find any real help over at Sony so now I turn here. Hopefully I can get the attention I need from someone who knows. Because this is just infuriating...

    Thank you for the link. I simply posted the text from the initial post. But I will leave this up because i am curios to see if I am alone with this bug or not.

    Hi, I seem to have similar problem. I purchased the bundle today and I am missing episodes 1,3,4,5 of Batman: Enemy Within. Also I am missing the first episodes of WD: Michone, WD: A New Frontier, and Tales from the Borderlands.
    Did you have any luck in fixing it?
