Can you get Tiffany to join the Agency whilst telling her you're Batman?

So I got the hero ending for Tiffany in which she feels remorseful for killing Riddler. To be honest, I agree with her more in her Agency ending and I honestly feel it really ends her story the better way, especially with the "Don't forget who you are" option. Is there any way I can get her to join the Agency without lying to her?

    I don't think so. The second chance to tell her only comes up if you urge her not to join the Agency.
