What Game Handled "Choice & Consequence" Best?
i'm talking about ANY game not just Telltale stuff.
Until Dawn & Alpha Protocol were great in that regard. Also I'm hearing choice really matters in Detroit: Become Human which has me really excited

As a Telltale fan, I'd say that the last two episodes of Tales from the Borderlands had some really neat and innovative ways of incorporating choices from previous episodes.
Aside from Life is Strange, I haven't played too many non-Telltale games that dabble in the choice/consequence niche, so I don't have much input there.
Huh, odd.
I was underwhelmed by the choices in the second half of TFTB
Aside from the vault team nothing stood out
The Jack/Fiona choice matters a lot more than you might think, such as the little robot that can only hang out with you if you trusted Jack at the end of Episode 2.
From what I've played that comes to mind:
Alpha Protocol
The Witcher 2 (have not played 3 yet don't kill me)
Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines
Heavy Rain
Galatea (text adventure game but still)
Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic
I want to say The Council but it is not finished and I haven't seen how alternate choices change the story yet.
I might update if I remember more.
Alpha Protocol
Kotor 2
Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines
The Mass Effect Trilogy
that's all i have in mind right now.
Wait, Dumpy only appears if you save Jack?
Woah, never noticed that. I thought he appeared for everyone.
Well, in the "Trust Fiona" path, he appears as well.
He's actually the one who paralyzes Vaughn, but then gets smacked by Loader Bot and dies. RIP Dumpy. :-(
