How I Stopped ToMI from crashing at start up

Nah, seriously, it's simple.
When I was trying to play, I'd start up the launcher, and as soon as the launcher jumped up, I'd click "Launch Game", crash, burn, visions of Telltale executives lounging in hot tubs full of cash laughing at me...
But then I played around a bit. When I opened the launcher, I let it sit idle for 20-30 seconds. Bing, bang, boom, no crash, happy fun-time, Macho Business Donkey Wrestler.
Nothing else has worked, but that does. No idea why, but I thought it important enough to share. Spread the word if it works for you.
