Could I have gotten a concussion and not realized it?
Hey, so the internet isn't giving me any satisfactory answers so I came to the only place I can ask anything, that's right, I love you all that much. So yesterday at a little party, it got a little crazy and there were a couple instances in which I may have hit my head, but nothing too much. My head barely hurt but the next day I woke up with a pretty bad headache. I took some Advil but my headache is still there. I haven't experienced any imbalance or foggy vision but my headache won't go away. Is it possible I got a concussion even though I didn't even really hit my head hard?

Did you imbibe of any interesting substances at this party?
There's a headache checker at https://www.buoyhealth.com/current/headache-migraine-diagnosis-and-treatment/ but I don't know how good it is. You can try it and see if it tells you anything.
If it's still there by regular daytime hours, call your doctor and ask.
It is possible to get a concussion from hits to the head you might consider "light."
Sounds like it could be a mild concussion.
If the headache lasts more than a day, go to a doctor.
I'm not an expert, but I have been knocked out three times.
Sounds more like a bad hangover/dehydration
Edit: even if no alcohol was involved dehydration can still be concern.
If it continues I'd recommend playing it safe and seeing a doctor. They're advice would be much better than ours. Can never be too careful.
It is possible...concussions often go unnoticed outside of sports because well, people do not think about them. Light concussions happen all the time...getting your bell rung as the old saying goes. Hit your head on a shelf...walk into a door...how many times as kids did you fall and mommy held you. They do go undocumented all the time.
You say the party got a little crazy...how so? If you hit your head and the headache persists after taking aspirin then go see a care giver...not having foggy vision is not a clean bill of no concussion. But if you did drink...hangover and dehydration could be your issue.
One time a ladder fell on the back of my head and I froze for like 5 seconds. It's safe to say I'm not the same person I was before the ladder hit my head.
Of you have to asks someone if you have a concussion then you should go see a doctor.
