Due to the way their stories play out in the comics there is no way they can appear in the final season.

And Hershel died before Glenn, within the first year, and Glenn died not terribly long after, before the 2 year mark. They were both dead before TellTale's season 2 really gets under way. They very first bit of season 2, with Omid, Glenn would have still been alive then but Hershel was probably already dead even by then, and Glenn was dead after the 18 month jump to season 2 proper.
