If you had a time machine what year would you go back to?

Another question I want to get out of my chest, if you had a time machine what year would you want to go back to?... Me personally I want to go back to eight years ago when I was in high school or 2009 relive my childhood and pretty much change the past so I can’t alter the future...That’s what I would have done.

Most people will change for historical events,me I what I’ve change my past and do things I missed out on.

What would you do if you had a time machine what year would you go back to let me know in the comments below .

Peace✌?

  • I'd go back to August 29th, 1989, travel to Seattle, and watch this killer concert live.

On a more serious note, considering how it's July and America's birthday is coming up, I would use it to go back and witness the debates and the signing of the Declaration of Independence. To see the birth of the greatest country on the face of the planet, absolutely incredible.

  • If I had a time machine, I'd travel all the way back to December 31st, 1989 at 11:59 PM. I want to live through the entire 1990's. Right now, my only real reason for going back to the 90's is to buy all the Impulse comics. I'd also buy as many good looking DC collectibles as possible.

Besides that, I wanna know what it was like being a teen back then, not being distracted by cell phones and social media. I would also play every winning lottery ticket number from 1990-1999 and give my aunt the tickets, that way when I return to the present, we'd be rich as hell :D
Not that it matters, but I was born in early 97.

  • I'd go back in 2011 and come back to my PS3 era.

  • I'd go back to when Jesus was alive and have a conversation with him.

  • I'd go back to either a WW2 era (somewhere around 1939-1940 ish) just so I could see how it really was to experience WW2, from either the side of the allies or the German side or the 90s to experience the great music that was made in that period. I'd go and visit a Nirvana show if I could and rock the shit out of grunge music.

  • I'd go Woodstock because why not. Always wanted to live in America during 60-70s.

  • I'll assume that I can't do anything that may alter the future. So I'd do any of the following:

    • Go see Martin Luther King Jr's "I Have A Dream Speech" in the crowds in DC
    • Experience the moon launch and landing the days they happened
    • See Superman: The Movie, Star Wars, and Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Khan on opening day in a front row seat if possible
    • See numerous concerts the day they were recorded

I'd probably just line all of my ideas up and throw a dart at the wall to see which on wins the selection. It's too hard to pick a single event (provided I'm only allowed one event).
