Nintendo Switch version - Save file transfer

Hello guys ! Do we have any information about save file transfer for the Nintendo Switch ?

I played the 3 seasons on PC with my Telltale account and I'm looking into playing the last season on the Switch.

Will I keep my progress on the Switch if I use my account ?

Have Telltale made any official statement on this ?

    I assume you're gonna have to use the new story builder to build a new save if you're gonna be playing it on the Switch.
