Where is TWD: Collection for PC?

Hello guys, I just pre-purchased TWD: The Final Season on Steam and I read online that if you pre-purchase it you receive TWD: Collection too. But there is no sign of it for PC.
Is this only a promotion for consoles? Cause if it is, it really sucks :/

    Unfortunately the collection only exists on consoles so they can't give it to PC users.

    But why? I don't understand the reason to do that tbh... I saw how graphically improved was the Collection so this is really a shame. I really hope they will make it avaliable for PC as well because it makes no sense like this xD
