TWD The new Frontier Xbone start-up glitch?

ok i've never actually played thru these episodes but on my Xbox One i boot up the game
opening credits load > then onto the start menu > press A > then i get locked on a black screen with a loading cog in the bottom right... and game just sits there nothing ever loads

even tried a full hard reset

please help if you've ever heard of this glitch

    has no one ever had this glitch?
    i think i need to do a full reinstall but i'm on DSL so that'll take 5 hours if i'm lucky

    ok did a full reinstall of Episode1/game engine last night and it still gets stuck after the welcome menu press A to start screen...

    Some1 please help me!

    moved Episode 1 to my internal drive, and deleted save data (no lose since i've yet to get game to work)

    and i still get stuck in an infinite load screen after start menu

    i did only got an auto reply back with Ticket number

    oddness is i booted up The Final Chapter last night and it loaded in just fine, since these 2 game engines are similar i think New Frontier is erroring out on accessing the save importer and thus infinite load screen

    i was even running final chapter from my external drive...

    FINALLY got it to work
    Solution: Delete Eps 2-5 from my hard drive...
