Bought Final Season on Xbox, no pre order bonus access??

I talked to Microsoft via chat yo no avail, I'm livid here! Went to download complete collection, still shows up as 49.99...dies anyone have a NY info regarding this? I guess I'll call phone support in the ass m, I really wanted to start the collection now, oh well...
