The Final Season, sensitivity/targeting issues (mouse lag?)

I have sensitivity on -5 lowest resolution and graphics setting litterally low everything and im still having issues with killing the zombies rite when malon is it?, is telling u to meet the hunting party or whatever halfway ive died about 20-30 times the camera litterally just sways outve control when i try to move it and has extreme difficulty understanding that im pressing q or e when im looking rite at a zombie or cutting lines on the traps with f pls help me

    I'd take a look at your PC mouse settings and see if the game settings don't go low enough and lower them there as well.
