Where is the part from pax east?
The gameplay they showed at pax east was no where to be found in episode 1 and clems red jacket is not there why did they cut this out?

The PAX Demo footage was just conceptual (to show off the new gameplay/hubs and art-style); it wasn't meant to be a story preview.
The location, however, does show up in one of the scenes in the Season Premiere depending on your choices.
