Importing Saved Games on a New Computer

I have played TWD A New Frontier on my old computer. I was under the impression that Steam Cloud saves the games. Yet on telltale.com, the game isn't even listed on my account. I'm pretty sure I had cloud saves turned on.

So I purchaed the Final Season of TWD and when trying to play it, it wanted to import the choices from saved Frontier games. Because this is a new computer, I don't have the Frontier files saved on my Hard Drive. The saved Frontier files are also not listed on telltale.com.

I'm in the process of installing the old Frontier season on this new computer, hoping that the saved games from Steam's cloud will bring the saved files back. Is that how Steam Cloud works? If i install the Frontier game, will the saves come back for Frontier? If not, how to do I install the Frontier files from the old computer to this new one?
