Maybe we're being set up for a plot twist and they're perfectly fine and not in any real danger at all. But I doubt it. If anything they're being used as sex slaves and are being given the Reek treatment. I'd assume they are still alive though albeit in very poor condition
Its not pedophilia neither ephebophilia, well at least not yet (we cant know), these are mental disorders, persons that have exclusive/predominant sexual desire for childs/teens, having sex with a child/teen doesn't make you a pedophile/ephebophile. The raiders probably just want woman for reproductive reasons or just to have sex with a girl.
