Save imported choices wrong (Help)

I replayed Season 1 and Season 2 on the TWD Collection and I chose to go with Kenny and then stay at Wellington. So then I went to import it into Season 3 and it said Clem and AJ are at Wellington, but after I clicked import it said Clem thought she was the only one who could take care of AJ. I then went and played about half of episode one and Clem is missing her finger which is not what I chose. Is there anyway to fix this I already tried importing it on another save but it just says the same thing. Anyone know how to get my choice to import correctly, Because I would really like to use these choices in Season 4.
