I can not connect to the telltale account in the game (STEAM)

I can not enter my telltale account.

When I try to enter '' Error The game is having a problem communicating with the Telltale server. Please visit Telltale.com/support for more information.

The warning screen appears.

Do you have any suggestions for solving this problem? I have communicated with the team at the telltale, but no reply came.
