problems with transerfing saves

hey i have completed season 1-3 but when i tried to connect to season 4 it says that " no local save found " and when i check for choice data the download just cancels? is it because my season 1-3 were bought from the TTG store and season 4 is on steam? is there a possible way to fix this

ps was thinking of streaming season 1-4 when 4 is over in one long go, how many of you would be interested?

    Check if your antivirus blocks folder access, and also I believe that if you purchased from the ttg store your save is on the cloud so log into ANF turn on cloud, log out and log in TFS and use the option "Check for choice data". That should work. As for the stream im not a fan of watching others play but if you send me the link ill subscribe to your channel :)

    I haven't been able to find it but its ok ill make my massive stream one go form end to end
