the final season: the final 4 episodes

i have read articles about telltale having troubles and am guessing that has led to them doing 4 episodes for this final season instead of their usual 5. feel its a shame when consistency of number of episodes isnt maintained in a show.

hoping we get a good send off all the same.

    4 episodes doesnt have anything to do with Telltales financial issues.

    They decided it makes more sense for the flow of the story to be 4 instead of 5. Also if you hadnt noticed it appears they plan on making each episode much longer.

    Personally I think we shouldn't come to conclusions yet. Batman S2E1 was 2h20 long too, but the rest was about 90 minutes or so.

    I do think it's weird they reduced the episodes despite being longer.

    S1 is almost the same in length as S4, so I don't know why they reduced the number of episodes just because they are longer.

    Telltale said that it felt like the right number of episodes for the story that they are going for. Telltale also want to experiment with stuff lately.
