AJ is not going to realize that he is making mistakes, he will try to protect Clementine at the cost of hurting other people.
Clementine will try to talk to him and teach him about the world and interact with people.
But the situation will not be better, Clementine will be in danger because of AJ, he will feel so bad with himself, he will fight with Clem because he worried to her so much!
Eventually Clementine will die for saving AJ's life: But not like Lee ... Someone is going to shoot him, but Clementine will be injured instead of AJ ... the sacrifice of her life for AJ would make her die or almost die.

It's will be sad ...

    It would be poor to kill off Clem. I think it's just going to end with her story just "ending" the rest not being told. AJ will get Clem killed in the future and he would die soon after

    He's not, he know how to survive at his age already ... and if she's not will die ... so she' will almost die.
