The Final Season cancelled or not?

I can't find a straight answer anywhere, so i'm asking telltale directly since they sometimes respond on these threads.

so, is the final season of the Walking Dead cancelled?
if so, can people who bought the season pass expect a refund?
is it true the only project you are finishing is minecraft?

i'm deeply saddened by the recent news, it's terrible to hear about what happened, but some information regarding what's going to happen with the current projects is needed, that tweet was too vague.

I've got my fingers crossed walking dead will finish, but i have a feeling this is going the way of blues and bullets, say it isn't so.

    There are no strait answers to be had right now. Anyone who tries to say yes or no is talking out their ass. Best to just wait for Tuesday and hope for a statement from TTG in a week or so.

    Everything has gone balls to the wall in less than 4 hours and now everyone is panicking so much it's hard to know what's going on. Best wait til morning really.

    There's definitely no one official working right now and you won't get any "official" answers until tomorrow at the earliest.

    That said, consider this, if it wasn't cancelled, a simple addition of "and don't worry, TFS will be finished as promised" to their existing statements is all it would take to kill any rumor or idea that episodes 3 and 4 are cancelled. The fact that they didn't add such a simple little line to any of the existing official statements is in itself almost confirmation of the cancelling

    i cannot believe we had to endure the bland-fest of season 3 just to get the season we really wanted (and shortened at that!), only for it to get cancelled.
    and, oh yeah, extra salt in the wound, minecraft get's to finish.
