Downloads for telltale purchases via the telltale site
Does anyone know what happens in the future? Are all of the games I bought gone or is there any way to transfer the ability to download them elsewhere?

We don't know (I'm just a volunteer community moderator), and we don't know how much longer the site is up. Downloading any titles you own via the Telltale site is recommended, and take note that the classic games are DRM free if you download the latest launcher/uninstall the older version.
