This is Abel's quote when be mamages to get to Clementine in School office. Despite being antagonist, attacking Clem and treating her like stranger she seems felling some family vibes towards her. You know hesitations while attacking Clem etc... Even Abel sees that. What do you think, will we have more friendly time with Lilly in future episodes? I think yes.... Even leaked audio of Lilly showed us her eating calmly food sooo... I think maybe well even share a dinner with her?

Okay, those two sentences are like wtf?
But yeah, the intended implication is that Lilly wanted to convince her & the Ericson students to give up and come along willingly with as little conflict as possible, while Abel wanted to just kill her & any other major resisters and take the others by force.
Which again, is a significant part of why that first scene is so dumb.
How can Clem or anyone calmly eat food with her after she just attacked the school? Can’t see that happening now

Lilly being a huge jerk in Suffer the Children could scale down, I always think back to when Rebecca was a huge ass in S201 but then almost immediately turned into a huge softy. This kinda goes for all characters: they act like assholes at first and draw guns on you, questioning you, then become your friends.
Gonna admit, since everyone is taking those last two lines oddly seriously, I wouldn't have quite expected something like that after the trailer.

Well it will be an awkward meal. The way it was handled...she just did it without thinking because it is part of her self defense now...pretty realistic when dealing with people who have been in a constant state of warfare for what seems forever I am sure. Mitch's problem was he charged her and she was sorry he died..but she will not lose any sleep over it. Now Abel...I let him have food...so unlike Arvo...this shitbird is going to get a bit of the old ultra violent my brothers and sisters.

i waited and begged for her return 6 years in every single season 1 gamethrough i kept her with me and tried saving her dead every time but when we finally meet she insults lee at my face and chase me like a dog and shoot at me and kill my friend and my aj i can't just say hi to her next time i meet her next time she better be sorry or i will make her feel sorry there is limits and she crosed them with she started shit talking lee.
i hoped telltale handled her better than that but i guess telltale instead of making a better appearance for her like they did to kenny in S2 thy chose to go with the fan theories that say that she becomes an evil leader to an evil group.
This was dumb/lazy regardless of how you feel.
Unfortunately, that was technically the sort of route she(and/or Lily Caul from the comics) was meant to go down from the beginning, hence why they ended her role in Season 1 the way they did(though it was considerably downplayed, for whatever reason).
Plus, they already had that mostly abandoned Kenny Carver plotline on the cutting room floor to draw from among other things from Season 2, so....
Before I start my bullshit, I would just like to say that Lily is a wonderful character, and I love everything about her. She has never done any wrong in my eyes. Anyone who speaks ill of her can eat lead. Now that that's out of the way, yes, I do think Lily will finally be able to give Clementine a proper greeting. We'll probably have a chance to catch up with her for lost times. Perhaps she'll play hide and seek with Clementine, or maybe even truth or dare.
If this just so happens to actually be a thing, I'd be most pleased with it. What if they have cheeseburgers at the Delta? She could definitely win over Clementine's support with burgers.
