Ever since Lilly came back I just really wished that Kenny was still around just imagine what his reaction or how he would act towards her so tell me what do you think would happen between Lilly and Kenny

Given how Lilly acts like a bitch towards Clem just moments after seeing her again, I doubt she’d be friendly towards Kenny. And we all know that if you aren’t with Kenny, you’re the enemy of the people.
Kenny seeing Lilly again might bring back memories from Season 1, and the man might give his long overdue apologies to her about Larry.
With Kenny having an eyepatch and a big Santa beard, I’m inclined to believe Lilly would not recognize him at all. Maybe fearful?

Although I will say your scenario at least sounds like an interesting, somewhat esoteric visual.
Kenny would take control over Ericson before Clem and Aj would get kicked out. He wouldn't let that happen. "Take this place over if we have to."
